Yardbury Engineering and Oilfield Products are involved in a Co-operation Agreement with a Libyan Drilling Contractor to develop a world class drilling equipment repair facility in Libya.

Yardbury personnel will manage the facility which will be fully equipped to process all local drilling equipment on behalf of the Drilling Contractor and his clients.

• Handling capacity - 32Te Overhead crane in strip down and assembly areas, 15Te Overhead crane in machinery area, 10Te overhead crane in welding area. 25Te mobile crane, range of forklift trucks up to 16Te.

• CNC & Manual large capacity machine shop.

 

• NC & Manual, large capacity welding facilities

• Large high pressure test bay (10m x 5.5m x 3.5m high) and smaller valve test bay. Pressures up to 30,000psi.

• Marine Driller Riser Facility

• Blast & Paint facilities (9m x 7.5m x 4m high). Subsea spec coatings, Xylan coating etc.
